– VW 827 2.0 8V block (92.8mm crankshaft) with VW/AUDI 20V cylinder head.

VW/Audi 1.8 20V engine with VW 827 2.0 8V crankshaft (92.8mm).

Nominal bore diameter: 83.5mm (increase engine displacement to 1869cc)

Recommended bore to piston to bore clearance: 0.08mm (For nitrous or extreme applications, consult your builder)

Piston ring grooves: 1.5 mm / 1.5 mm / 2.0mm

Compression height: 32.40mm.

Dish volume: 17,5ml

Compression ratio: 8.5:1

Pin offset: 1.10mm.

Material: Forged aluminum 4032 T6.
